The 7 Chakras

Chakra is really a Sanskrit word meaning spinning wheel.  They are a method of seven energy centers situated across the spine.  Each chakra matches a part of the body, some behavior qualities and stages of spiritual growth.  Practicing yoga and focusing your powers throughout different positions can assist you to align your chakras and obtain all of the wheels spinning within the same direction and speed.  Learning how to tweak and take control of your chakras through yoga and meditation might help bring balance and peace for your mind, body and spirit.


You will find seven chakras, each connected having a different area of the body across the spine in the perineum towards the crown of the mind.  Each chakra is connected having a particular body location, one, a central emotional/behavior problem, in addition to a number of other personal aspects including identity, goals, privileges, etc.

The seven chakras are:  Muladhara- lower spine Svadhisthana- abdomen, genital area, back/stylish Manipura- photo voltaic plexus Anahata- heart area Visshudha- throat Ajna- brow Sahasrara- surface of mind, cerebral cortex.

With the actions and positions of yoga, you can study to concentrate your concentration and back and forth from the different chakras within your body.  This could permit you to make amends for areas that might be from synch using the relaxation of the body or otherwise active whatsoever.  By balancing the power of all seven from the chakras, balance could be accomplished.  This spiritual energy is called Kundalini energy.  In the dormant condition, it may be imagined like a coiled up lizard resting at the bottom of your spine, the Muladhara chakra.  Because the chakras behave as valves or pumps controlling the flow of one's using your system, controlled and purposeful actions for example yoga could be very advantageous in realigning your chakras in ways that induce wonderful benefits for you inside your emotional and physical wellness.
